Against ageing

As I get older, I noticed that my body is not as fit as before. Now, I can't stay up late till mid night which I used to do for my whole life. If I can't avoid to stay up late, I am not feeling fresh and well the next day. Ageing approaches me however I agree it or not.

Nowadays, whatever I eat, it is easy to gain weight. The reason is metabolism becomes slow and I am sitting infront of monitor all the time except on bus/MRT or having shower or in the toilet. Even eating I am doing it together with reading something from internet.

I am always a big eater. My family used to called me dustbin:) So you can guess how much I eat. Whenever food are left to throw away, I used to eat up all.But when I was young, it is not a big deal. I was thin as always as I used to be however I over-eat.

Huh...how I feel now?
I am fatty, get tired easily and Migraine which attacks me whenever I get extremely sad or accidentally get the cold on my head after hair wash or feel lots of stress or my stomach is empty for a long time.

I am analyzing myself to fix those issues on my body. Like everybody, I also want to get a longer life if possible.

So,I started eating a lot of vegetables & fruits, drinking milk which I rarely drink before, trying to do exercises at least total 2 hours at weekends and try to sleep around 12AM. Honestly, I am still lazy to do exercises everyday. Still trying to start at weekdays but haven't succeeded yet.

Last weekend, to know the response of body, intentionally I ate less veges but ate more rice and meat on Saturday. But the next day, I ate only vegetable prawn sour soup which includes prawns, gourd, carrots, tomatoes, tamarind, pasar green beans, small green chilli & Taiwan chye (green leaves which becomes sticky when heat them) and rice.

Wowwww....I felt freshness & feeling lighter than the other day which I found on Monday morning after toilet:D. It is really amazing finding that my tummy also a bit flatter than before.

Of course, I am one of the women who wants to keep good-looking naturally. Not because of health only but because of beauty, I decided to change my life style as possible as I can.

Practically, you SHOULD start take care of what you eat, when you sleep and how you pass your day when your age is around 30.

I am changing my habits as
1. Having breakfasts (one glass of milk or juice and one fruit) (I never eat breakfast except travelling time)
2. Eating lunch with whatever you desire (may be oily curry or spicy oily biryani or anything but for me, I don't eat too oily curry)
3. Only eat soup with vegetabes without any rice or just a small amount of rice before 7 or 8 PM (usually I eat my dinner very late around 9++)
4. Do 1 hour exercise on both weekends (if possible, do at weekdays for 30 mins)
5. Sleep around 12 AM
6. Have a glass of warm milk with a little bit of salt before go to bed (it can help you fallen asleep faster and get a sound sleep)
7. Do meditation for 15 mins everyday to clean your inner world (if cannot meditate, just keep remembering about Buddha's gon-taw 9 par with 100% concentration)
8. Drink a lot of water
9. Choose variety of vegetables alternatively include in your meals
10. Eat more fish, prawn and seafood rather than meat
11. Checking and controlling body weight every week

You might say that you don't like vegetables or your body don't need to take care of like me or you can't eat in that way or you can't sleep early or you don't have chance to walk. (may be you have a car or your apt is very close to MRT or your office is near bus stop)

But remember that even you don't want to do for yourself, you need to do it for your loving ones which might be your parents or your life partner or your kids or anybody who are important for your life.

Again, sometimes you don't want to do for yourself but you love to do it for your loving ones, right? I know, so let's start together :)
